Description
Aloo chop With Ghuguni (ଆଳୁ ଚପ), also known as aloo bonda or potato fritters, is a very popular and widely available street food and evening snack in Odisha. It consists of spiced mashed potato balls (or flattened discs) coated in a gram flour (besan) batter and deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Boiled and mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger/garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and sometimes peanuts or chopped onions.
